San Esteban is in a nice complex of Spanish style apartments surrounding a large garden with plenty of grassed areas and a pool with shallow children’s section. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south with a full width terrace. There is a double and a twin bedroom each with a built in wardrobe, bedside tables, a dressing table with large mirror and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC. The kitchen features a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is ample hot water provided by an instant gas fired boiler and gas central heating throughout for the winter months.
